The new practice facility is open.  We have 2 full courts with 23 foot ceilings (around 7,500 square feet) and two restrooms!  We love our facility and we hope to continue to grow from here!!!!

*Each Tuition INCLUDES $200 Facility Fee*

Wolf Pack Short Season: $475* (3 Tournaments)

These teams will practice once a week (December-early March). Fee will include one uniform, warm up shirt, tournament fees and coaching.  They will also play in the following 3 tournaments.  This short season is geared towards beginners who are unsure about committing to the full schedule:

2.  Feb 25/26: TAMPA U KICKOFF: TAMPA

3.  Mar 3/4: SPRING CLASSIC: CLEARWATER


WOLF PACK TUITION: $950* (7 Tournaments)

1.  Jan 14-16: (15Open-U18) OVA MLK TOURNAMENT: ORLANDO

Jan 21-22: (U10-U15) OVA MLK TOURNAMENT: ORLANDO

2.  Feb 4/5: GULF COAST JRS: CLEARWATER

3.  Feb 11/12: MAV EXPLOSION: SARASOTA

4.  Feb 25/26: TAMPA U KICKOFF: TAMPA

5.  Mar 3/4: SPRING CLASSIC: CLEARWATER

6.  Mar 17/18: MOLTEN PRE-Q: TAMPA

7.  Apr 14/15: TAMPA U SLAM: TAMPA

 

WOLF PACK BLACK TUITION: $1,250* (10 Tournaments)

BLACK teams will play in the tournaments listed above PLUS the following tournaments (tentative).  We will meet with the BLACK teams/U18 team to determine an appropriate schedule for the girls to get the most exposure for potential recruiting:

8.  FEB 18-20: PRESIDENTS DAY TOURNAMENT: ORLANDO

9.  MAR 30/APR 1: BIG SOUTH TOURNAMENT: ATLANTA, GA

10.  APR 28/29: REGIONAL QUALIFIER: ORLANDO

Possibly additional tournaments if teams want to continue into May…

*Please keep in mind that all fees are non-refundable.  Fees are put immediately towards tournament entry fees, equipment, coaches, uniforms, etc…  Please consider this before making any financial commitment to the Wolf Pack.

CLUB VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES/PARENTS: West Pasco Volleyball Club does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to their teams. Therefore, West Pasco Volleyball defines the start of the season as the team’s first practice and not the team’s first tournament.

However, should an athlete become injured and not be available to continue her season, West Pasco Volleyball will not pursue the remainder of any amounts due. Dispute Policy
1.  Players are to address issues with their coach first.
2.  If this doesn’t resolve the issue, the parent can set up a meeting with the coach (not at tournaments).  This will not be handled in an “approach the coach” system.  Parents need to set this up ahead of time to give the coach a fair chance to discuss the issue.
3.  If this doesn’t solve the issue, the Director will set up a meeting with himself, the coach, the parent, and when appropriate, the player as well.

We are a member club of the Florida Region of USA Volleyball. As a player you may stop any unwanted contact from a club representative simply by asking (either verbally or in writing) that all contact cease. Any player believing a club representative of any Florida Region Volleyball club has been intimidating, harassing, or acted inappropriately in any manner, of contact or recruiting should contact the Florida Region office at (352) 742-0080.
